The warm welcome by the employees,and best served dishes, uuuuuuuuuh I almost forgot the gym my favorite and to top it all oh God a massage service . swimming was always a thing for me so every morning I could become a 🐟 after a comfy sleep in the most clean and comfy bed 🌼🌼 held a meeting there and the conference room was absolutely 👌 with services rendered was lit.walking on the pavement I could hear the best laughter of happy kid jumping on the bouncing castle smile upon their faces.Whaz caught my attention is the type of dishes and drinks offered at most convenient prices 🌼🌼🌼
The best part of my stay was how amazing the staff were. Would especially like to give a shout out to Patrick the chef, every time we asked him for a recommendation, he knocked that meal out of the park. Also Faith, Moses, Purity and Ellosy were simply amazing and gracious to us and ever so helpful. Last but not least were Charity and Nelly, greeting us with a smile at the front desk every single time. These are the people who made the stay at lowlands truly excellent.
First time visiting Chuka with family and friends and decided to check out this place. I really appreciate the services of George at the restaurant, He's one of a kind. The rooms are awesome and the scenic view from it is heavenly. Customer service was great too.... Will certainly come back.
